About Me

Hi! I'm Ellie of 'Ellie's Faces' which offers face painting, body art and festival style glitter to people aged 3-103 in London, Surrey and more. This could be at a birthday party, special event, wedding, corporate event, club night, festival - you name it and I'll bet face painting will enhance it!

I began my face painting journey many years ago when I found a set of paints whilst working at a children's summer camp. Nobody else wanted to give them a go, but I couldn't help myself! Face painting soon became a popular activity and I had a steady stream of willing victims to practice on! I became hooked and undertook training at the London School of Face Painting (yes, really!) as well as self-training using books and videos as guidance.

I later continued to face paint, working for other people including as a Magician's Assistant, until I plucked up the courage to create my business - Ellie's Faces. I still love creating designs, seeing a child's 'mirror moment' or watching adults daring each other to get facepainted - and then loving it!
